A private boutique property located on the popular Muri side of the island. Designed to create an atmosphere where one can enter their villa courtyard and close the door to enter their own private world. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary gift basket containing a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. These villas will appeal to travelers who are seeking a special destination for a special occasion such as a honeymoon, anniversary, or for the discerning travelers looking for private high quality accommodation. In all villas, it is possible to step off the front lagoon side decks right on to the white sandy beach, or off the deck in the tropically gardened courtyard side of the villa to enter your private swimming pool with waterfalls cascading off natural rocks into the pools. All villas have barbecues with outdoor dining tables and sun loungers. Kayaks are waiting for guests to use at the edge of the lagoon side deck of each villa. The Waterfall Spa facility provides a full range of spa and beauty treatments. The property welcomes guests 15 years and older.

Complimentary breakfast is delivered to the villa each day with a choice of Continental and self cook items at a time of the guests choosing. Further details are provided in the villa upon arrival. To ensure guest's peace and tranquility is not intruded upon, there are no noisy public restaurants on site. Instead guests can choose to make a reservation at one of the many other eating establishments within a 10-15 minute drive on the island, have a meal delivered from the properties off-site partner restaurant, take a leisurely stroll along the beach to one of several restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk, or pamper themselves by having a personal chef prepare a gourmet meal of their choice within the privacy of their villa. For those who enjoy preparing meals for themselves, each villa has a fully equipped kitchen and built in stainless BBQ on the decks. :

Each villa has the same high standards and details, featuring a gated private courtyard with private swimming pool set in tropical gardens with waterfalls over natural rock flowing into each pool. Two-bedroom units include a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms containing two basins, a bidet, toilet, marble throughout, huge hand carved mirrors with Italian fittings and glass showers with twin shower heads. The common space of the villa has a large LCD TV with full surround audio/visual system with in-room choice of more than 400 complimentary movies, TV series and music videos. Each villa has private decks on both the lagoon side and pool side of the villa with sun loungers, outdoor dining table and chairs and barbecues. Kayaks are waiting for use at the edge of each lagoon side deck which are just a few steps from the lagoon edge.

Located at the quiet end of Muri beach, this villa features a gated private courtyard with a private pool accessed by walking over a curved bridge and includes a huge backdrop waterfall flowing over rocks into the pool. Additional amenities include heated outdoor spa, private eight foot movie theater system, an indoor nine foot high waterfall, comfortable freestanding hammock for two, and outdoor showers on either side of the steps to the beach. As well as the decks on both the lagoon and pool sides of the villa, sun loungers on both decks, fully equipped kitchen, Italian espresso machine.
