Overview
Nice is one of the main resort cities of the Côte d'Azur, also known as the French Riviera. The Promenade des Anglais runs along the pebbly Mediterranean Sea shores of the Baie des Anges, better known as the Bay of Angles, and here you’ll find the iconic #ILoveNICE sign where you’ll have the opportunity to get a very memorable photo of your trip. Nice is also home to several notable museums, the Marc Chagall National Museum is dedicated to the work of French painter Marc Chagall, whose work is inspired by religion, this museum houses the masterly cycle of the Biblical Message, showcasing various forms of art, from painting to drawings, prints, ceramics, sculptures, mosaics, stained glass and tapestries.
