Hotel Description
Guest must be 21 or older to check-in. Upon arrival, guest must use call box to gain access, then proceed to reception building located to the left of main entrance. A US $ 1,000 security deposit hold will be placed on guest's credit card. After an assessment & inventory of the unit, the security deposit hold will be released. Each Luxury Villa unit will receive a mid-week housekeeping service for stays of four consecutive nights or more. Stays of four nights or less will not receive a mid-week cleaning. Additional services can be arranged, on a fee basis with the Ho'olei Villas at Grand Wailea office.
