Hotel Description
Villa La Estancia is set in Riviera Nayarit, a 15-minute walk along the beach from Bucerias, a traditional Mexican town. This beachfront resort is comprised of deluxe rooms, and stunning one- and two-bedroom suites. All suites feature a kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a whirlpool tub in the master bath. The 17,000-square-foot Tatewari Spa showcases an extensive range of treatments and services. Other resort amenities include a large free-form pool set amongst landscaped gardens, two restaurants, a fitness center, and a mini-market and deli. Complimentary wireless internet access is offered throughout the resort. An all-inclusive plan is available for purchase.
Resort guests also can enjoy the restaurants, bars and pools at the neighboring sister property, Villa del Palmar Flamingos.

Additional All-Inclusive Information
The all-inclusive plan begins at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. The plan includes daily breakfast, lunch and dinner at all the restaurants and bars throughout Villa La Estancia Beach Resort and Villa del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort; unlimited select local and international alcoholic beverages, local beer and house wine by the glass; unlimited nonalcoholic beverages; snacks and drinks at the pool area at Villa La Estancia; theme dinners at Villa del Palmar Flamingos; food and beverage gratuities; one-day access to Tatewari Spa's hydrotherapy circuit (ages 16 and older); and use of the fitness center. A surcharge applies for premium cuts of meat and lobster. The Palmita Market and Deli, room-service gratuities and to-go orders are not included with the all-inclusive plan.
